Can A Condo Association Limit The Number Of People Living In A Dwelling?
If you own a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Can the associaion make a couple move if they become pregnant in the state of florida. That would be 2 adults and a baby living in 1050 sq feet.

Yes, there is probably a limitation in the Declarations/ Covenant. There is also probably some type of city/county zoning for the buildings that only allows so many people in the residence. You’ll have to check your Declarations and local law. I’m sure there are restrictions in place so people can’t pull a fraternity house effect in a residential neighborhood. 2 adults and a baby is likely not a problem.

Yes they can, especially if it’s in the rules for the condo. It might also be a local zoning rule that they have no control over.
