Can Contact Lenses Explode Under Cabin Pressure During A Flight?
I dont know how far it’s true, but I’ve heard the cabin pressure can cause lenses to burst when you wear them? I want to wear mine when I travel, just wondering is this danger real?

I fly a lot and always wear my contact lenses with no problems however I have just looked into it and everyone seems to be advising against it - maily due to the lack of oxygen getting to the eyes causing them to dry out. It’s not going to put me off wearing my lenses when flying however if you’re worried or want to make sure you’re comfortable put your specs on for the flight - especially if it’s long haul.

Mine haven’t exploded yet and I’ve been on many flights.

Ummm…no
There is no reason whatsoever. That contact lenses could combust under pressure.
