I will hopefully soon have friends visiting from the USA and I have already chosen Where I believe to serve the best Steak in the country…The Causeway House Hotel…In your opinion, where serves the best “Ulster Fry” as they are looking forward to being introduced to it and I do not wish to dissappoint..I know it is better homemade but to be honest..I would burn a salad so I seek you help..I thought about “The chalet D’or” in Belfast, any better suggestions?

Don’t get them an ulster fry, get a filled soda instead! Much much nicer!
The best place I hae been to is BG’s in Garvagh, plastered with HP sauce. Yum yum yum!

With the type of cuisine you mention large portions are too often a measure of ‘good’.

Take em anywhere you like - they won’t know the difference. I haven’t met a yank yet that could recognise good food.
