How Does Blue Mountain Collingwood Condo Rental Progra Work?

Hey Guys,
I am wondering if anybody had an idea on how the Blue Mountain (Colingwood, ON) condo rental program works, and whether it is worth investing in one of those condo properties.

I’ve considered things like this, but decided against it. They are basically a time share and time shares are difficult to unload, they are lousy investments. The cost and annual expenses are not trivial and would cover an annual vacation to various spots. I’d rather have the flexibility.
