How Much Do Utilities Cost In A Brooklyn Condo?

My wife & I just moved to Brooklyn and wanted to get an idea of the electricity, water, and gas bills per month in a 750 sq ft one bedroom condo. It has a central AC/heat unit. Thanks!

each person is different. Where I live in an apartment my electric bill is $45, the former person’s was $75, my neighbor’s is $200. So it depends on how you live. Here we need AC and some people use more AC. Why not call each utility and ask what the former person paid once you’ve moved in.
