I have a furnished condo in Scottsdale Arizona that is listed with a realtor on MLS but very little if any other marketing of the property is taking place. I am new to being a landlord and am looking for advice regarding how to go about marketing this property myself becasue I dont feel the realtor is doing enough to get the condo occupied by either a short term or long term renter.

Try these sites, we found if you put it on Craig’s list it will be put on most of these other sites.you may also check to see if there are any specialty health care facilities in your area that you can rent to patients families short term at a discount.

craigs list is always a good bet.
you can also list it at socialserv.com (it typically caters to section 8, but there are also market rentals available as well)

I agree with Jenny C that craiglist is the best place to advertise a rental. It’s free and is the one stop place for millions of Americans looking for real estate. If your place is priced right, you could get a good tenant in a few days. Good luck:)

be carefull with craigslist, they have a lot of scammers that will try and get you to send them money. that site use to be good but now it is over-run with fake listings and spam. This site: http://www.whatstherent.com is free and walks you through the process of what to put in the ad.
