I have a 700 square food condo that I need to decorate. What are some good tips and recomendations?

The most important thing is to keep the whole condo in the same color palate. If you try to do too many colors, it will make your place look small and messy.

Light colours and mirrors to give the impression of space.

Mirrors…colors add depth to walls. Minimalist style setting for space.

mirrors make the place good sooo much bigger. Try a beachy look with yellows and blues. Seashells for decoration.
