Where Was The Most Over Rated Place You Have Visited?
mine was bahia principe in Mexico .I go every year so Mexico is not new to me . BUt the resort was a “five star” (yucatan)that had large roaches walking around ! That really placed me off ..that was just one example .I could not take a second week there so we rented a chalet in playa del sol instead for the second week .will definatly go back to Mexico again but will never stay at that place…Insects really are not my thing …
Looking for a ski-in/out chalet or Mont Tremblant Condo with Hot tubs and Pools? Try the the luxury Panache Mont Tremblant or Tremblant resort condos like the convenient Equinox Mont Tremblant or featuring the Bondurant Mont Tremblant or ski-in/out at the Altitude Mont Tremblant

Ruby Falls in Chattanooga Tn.
You pay all this money, take a long trek with a guide telling you a whole lot of nothing, but building you up to see “the falls,” and when you finally get there, it is a tiny trickle of water dribbling out of the rocks about 100 feet up with all these lame color changing lights around it.
I was like, “That’s it?”
Then when you get out, you don’t realize until later that day that while you were inside, their employees were affixing a “SEE RUBY FALLS” placard to your bumper.

South Beach. It’s dirty. The clubs charge ridiculous cover charges and then twice as much for drinks as they should. Once you’re inside you can’t even move. The beach isn’t any prettier than the rest of Florida’s. In fact, the west coast of Florida has nicer beaches.

The Grand Canyon! It was a very long drive around to the rim entrance & face it, it’s merely a big hole in the ground.
In Australia, Bell’s Beach is world famous. I’d heard surfing stories about it for 23 years while in Honolulu. When I finally got the chance to see it last year,[another long drive from Melbourne] I was thouroughly disappointed. Barren is the best way to describe it. No infa-structure besides a toilet with Aboriginal ‘art’.

The Vegas Strip- All the lights and bling were alright, but everyone had pumped it up so much that I was really disappointed. We stayed at the Excalibur Casino/Hotel, and it was beautiful on the outside, but the long lines for desk service, food, etc… it kinda sucked. The rooms were about as nice as a Super 8. I’ve had more fun throwing my money away at local casinos nearby… without the expensive room bill at the end!
