If you received it in email, especially if you never contacted Hotel Omni Mont-Royal about being interested in employment, my guess is that it is probably spam to get data from you for identity theft.
If you are actually interested in working for Hotel Omni Mont-Royal, look them up in a directory and call their personnel office.
