There is no “national” law….it’s very state specific. In Florida…only 15 days is required. In other states it ranges between 30-60 days, so you need to check your local laws before giving notice. Also…states have different laws on when and how notice can be given.

It’s 30 days, per national law. You can check a real estate book at your library-do a search through the online library system or contact an attorney.
