Where In France Is The Home Of Mont Blanc ?
The mountain lies between the regions of Aosta Valley, Italy, and Haute-Savoie, France.
Haute-Savoie is a French department, named for its location in the Alps mountain range.

All the other mountains are called “Col …..” , so why isn’t Mont Vonteux?

I’m looking for a a holiday camp in France or The Netherlands along the same lines as Pontins and Butlins with chalets for accomodation (not caravans or tents) and with good facilities and able to accomodate 1800-2000 persons.
Any advise would be appreciated.
On our way to La Rochelle from London and would like an over night stay, a couple of hours drive from Calais. Think Rouen may be a good spot, don’t mind it it’s a chalet on a campsite or a B&B, but don’t want a formula 1. Have 2 young kids, any suggestions….
